In the production process of consumable products targeted at PCR applications, various parameters that may affect the quality of PCR experiments are fully considered.

The first is the design and production of the mold. Only accurately manufactured molds can produce orifice plates with uniform thickness, thus minimizing differences between holes. Secondly, the production environment is controlled. Even trace amounts of chemical residues may inhibit the PCR reaction. Therefore, all products are manufactured using automated processes in a 100,000-level clean environment. Art production is completed. From product design to packaging, the entire production process is highly automated, and the factory always ensures a clean and tidy production environment.

The PCR series of consumables are used for molecular detection, including single tubes, 8-strips, PCR plates, and sealing films.

It is suitable for sealing 96-well PCR plates, 96-well microplates, 96-well shaker plates, 96-well bacteria-preserving plates, and long-distance sealed transportation, etc.
