| What is the ZXQ-1 Automatic Metallographic Sample Mounting Press?
Differing from XQ-1 and XQ-2, ZXQ-1 is an automatic metallographic sample mounting press machine. Mounting is a relatively important step in the metallographic processing process, mainly for mounting some small and difficult-to-take samples.
- This mounting machine adopts automatic mechanical pressurization;
- The mounting process is controlled by the program, realizing the one-button operation of the mounting process such as heating, pressurization, pressure holding, cooling, and pressure relief.
- It does not require operator supervision, and automatically completes the sample mounting, and has sound and light alarm functions.
- It has the advantages of speed reduction motor pressurization, stable pressure;
- Equipped with a water cooling system, fast sample preparation speed, convenient operation, and stable performance.
There are three sizes of mold sleeves: 25mm, 30mm, and 40mm. You can choose any one of them. In addition, the effective height of the mold cavity is 60mm. Please modify the processing according to the size of your sample.

| Working Conditions of ZXQ-1 Automatic Metallographic Sample Mounting Press
- The working surface must be flat and stable, and the height of the working platform should be about 0.8 meters, which must be higher than the surface of the water outlet interface.
- The workplace should provide a stable and safe power supply that meets general standards, and the power supply voltage is 220V, 50Hz/60Hz. The device power cord is about 1 meter long.
- Supply water with clean and impurity-free water, and the water pressure is between 0.3-0.4mPa.
- Working environment conditions: temperature 5~40℃, humidity 30%~90% non-condensing.
