The Posterior Lumbar Surgery Simulation Model Pro is a complete lumbar spine surgery training model. It is radiopaque under vertebral X-ray and allows visualization of the guide pin placement and burr treatment using a C-arm X-ray machine. It helps surgeons quickly familiarize themselves with the procedures and instruments used in minimally invasive lumbar spine surgery, providing realistic visual and tactile feedback during the procedure, enabling surgeons to learn better and faster.

2. The model is a 1:1 scale replica of a real human anatomy, depicting the appearance of an adult physique. Based on real human imaging data, it includes structures such as skin, muscles, lumbar vertebrae L1-L5, hemipelvis, intervertebral discs (nucleus pulposus, annulus fibrosus), nerves, ligamentum flavum, and interspinous and supraspinous ligaments. Surface localization (using Kirschner wires to mark the needle insertion route) is similar to clinical experience.

3. Simulates the morphology of real skin, possessing the curves of a real human spine and buttocks. Approximately 2mm thick, with a touch close to that of a normal human body, exhibiting elasticity and tension. The procedure offers a realistic feel, allowing for skin disinfection, surface marking, puncture, cutting, suturing, establishing working channels, and placement of percutaneous endoscopic discectomy.

4. The skin is soft and puncture-resistant.

Drilling provides a realistic feel of emptiness, and bone powder is visible; the vertebral bodies are not prone to cracking, and the material does not easily adhere to the cutting tip; it features a 1:1 realistic human anatomical structure with accurate bony landmarks, enabling clinical-grade surface localization.

9. The intervertebral disc is made of a unique biomimetic material, featuring a biomimetic annulus fibrosus and a biomimetic nucleus pulposus. It exhibits various herniated pathological conditions, allowing for procedures such as grasping, clamping, and removal of the nucleus pulposus, as well as interbody fusion device placement.

10. The model supports X-ray/CT imaging, providing clear imaging results and clearly distinguishable vertebral bodies, closely resembling the real human body. Under CT scans, cortical and cancellous bone are distinguishable, with significant differences in CT values. The placement of the guide pin and the treatment of the burr head can be observed using a C-arm X-ray machine, enabling more realistic surgical simulation.
