Description
The Rockwell hardness tester is a hardness tester with manual loading and unloading test force, which is suitable for the Rockwell hardness determination of ferrous metals and non-ferrous metals.
HRS-150 Digital Rockwell hardness tester adopts the high-resolution color touch screen with a high brightness display. | Precautions of HRS-150 Digital Rockwell Hardness Tester
- The surface of the tested piece should be smooth and clean, without dirt, scale, pits, and obvious processing traces. The supporting surface of the sample and the test bench should be clean to ensure good adhesion.
- The test piece should be placed on the test platform stably, the test piece must not move during the test, and the test force can be applied vertically to the test piece.
- When the tested piece is convex cylindrical, a “V” type test bench must be used.
