The metallographic sample mounting machines we currently provide can be divided into two types: automatic and manual. The XQ-1 metallographic mounting machine is the most basic one and requires manual operation. It is suitable for small, irregular-shaped specimens that require edge protection or specimens that require automatic grinding and polishing. The XQ-2 metallographic inlay machine has an extended mold sleeve, high heating power, and high inlay efficiency; the inlay time and temperature are displayed in real time, and the inlay status is visualized. This is an upgraded model of XQ-1.

The ZXQ-1 metallographic mounting machine adopts automatic mechanical pressurization. The mounting process is controlled by the program. It realizes one-click operation of heating, pressurizing, maintaining pressure, cooling, pressure relief, and other mounting processes. It does not require operator attendance and is automatic. Complete sample inlay and have a sound and light alarm function.
